I’ve been doing 6-day workweeks lately due to a special project I took involving one of our major clients. The Sundays were definitely used as my days of rest. It is the Sabbath after all! Sabbath literally means “to rest from labor”.

I know I would go crazy if I don’t take the time to wind down and relax from a busy work week. Such personal time is very important to me. Remember to always take the time to rest from our busy and demanding lives. Thank God that He emphasized Sabbath! (I know that He always knows what’s best for us!)
