One of this year’s most memorable trend is the pop of neon in one’s outfit. During the spring and summer months, these hot hues were all the rave… from skirts, to purses, to heels… you name it, women wore it in this unexpected pop of color.

It’s a great time to wear it during a cold day like today. In this chilly season, a hot color can easily make our days brighter… literally!

CHANEL Purse & LOEFFLER RANDALL Heels

It’s not a secret that I’ve always used my style and fashion to lift up my mood, especially on those days where I feel tired due to my daily grind. It’s just so much harder to dress up in these colder months that I feel grateful that I can turn to colorful outfits.  I use it to remember the great summer and spring months.

Thanksgiving is right around the corner and I look forward to looking back at all the wonderful blessings this year has brought. This blog has definitely grown in more ways than I expected and I would like to express my gratitude so definitely look forward to some giveaways in the coming holiday season.

I believe that we make a difference through the simple things and may something as simple as putting color in our ensemble make our day a little more special. Learn to dress for yourself, not for others. At the end of the day, it will be you who will have the last look on yourself and wouldn’t it be better if you saw yourself brightfully from the beginning to the end?

So lets cheer up! Just because the temperature is dropping and the sky is cloudy doesn’t mean you have to settle for drab and gloomy color palettes in your closet.  Let’s be different and brighten up the day!
