Green Welcoming the Season

On the week following Easter, it feels natural to wear green (or its various shades, in this case, teal).  The Easter Season is a time to rejoice for the gift of life and peace that we received through Christ’s resurrection.  Very much like the color green, it symbolizes youth, hope and joy.

Green: A New Neutral

The color green promotes life, growth, harmony, justice, while uniting people with nature  … no wonder it’s such an amazing color!

Dress from Forever 21

Green is a natural color. Therefore, it is perceived as neutral, quiet, and not overbearing.  It can be perfectly combined with gold, white, and black.

It is the most tranquil of all colors of the spectrum. It calms and relaxes, cools negative emotions, brings peace and stillness.  The color of nature, life itself, also symbolizes prosperity and new beginnings.  So timely for Easter!
