Not enough words can convey just how much I truly adore Italy! Fresh from our travels in Florence and Positano, my husband and I took a boat further down south and reveled in another precious island that we cherished and delighted in.

I truthfully feel that in most cases, whenever a guest stays at a hotel, the ambiance often times feels uniform, standardized and regulated. One checks in, have minimal conversation at the front desk, receive the keys, walk to the room, sleep, have breakfast, check out, and that’s it. When you’ve traveled around, most hotels just start blending in with the rest of your previous hotel experiences. I’m happy to share with all of you that my personal encounter with J.K. Place Capri was not only pleasurable and memorable, but truly beyond the ordinary.
Preceding our arrival in the beautiful isle of Capri, the resort contacted my husband and I to inquire our time of arrival from Positano. To our delight, there they were waiting for us on our arrival. They gave us a lift on a small vehicle, baggage in the back, up the main road to the resort. J.K. Place Capri was very near the port but since they were right there when the ferry door opened, it really never gave our minds the urgency to “try to gain our bearings.”
Beyond question, it granted us a very relaxed introduction to the island.
When we arrived, our luggage was immediately brought to our elegant room. The check in experience was indeed very pleasant.
My husband and I were welcomed at J.K. Place Capri amorously by the staff, the way they normally would anyone who stays in this ultra-fantastic hotel.
Here I am just soaking it all in as welcome drinks and snacks were served at the balcony with the entire Amalfi coast as our view!
